Attendance Management System
Checking your synced attendance.
Official fingerprint records, shift-aware calculations and source context for each day.
Select only the punch you forgot. The correction time is the server time when you submit; your assigned Team Leader can approve or reject it later.
Choose a request type. Only the details that apply to it are shown.
Track approvals, changes and request history.
Review attendance, requests, leave, DWR and monthly classification in one timeline.
Operational updates, approvals and monthly review activity that need your attention.
Review pending requests with the employee, period and request context visible before you decide.
Delegate your approval queue for a defined period. Your own access remains unchanged.
Shows how long pending requests have been waiting. It never changes a decision automatically.
Plan around approved and pending requests without treating the planning view as attendance evidence.
Company holidays suppress coverage warnings. Team coverage rules set the minimum planned onsite percentage for normal working days.
Enter monthly Productivity, review approved extra work and resolve overtime classification.
The employee's monthly requests, DWR, leave balance and Extra Hour/OT status will appear here.
Prioritized evidence-based issues across requests, payroll, DWR, reviews and leave setup.
Only verifiable configuration and integrity gaps are listed here.
Review missing or invalid official punches and record evidence-backed corrections.
Raw device punches are retained separately from WFH, Forgot Punching and DWR-derived values. Re-uploading an existing month requires explicit replacement confirmation.
Changes recalculate open-month projections only; raw source evidence is never edited.
Search and audit request history across the company without changing the underlying records.
Remove UAT/test requests safely. Preview always runs first, finalized months are blocked, and deleted requests remain recoverable from the archive.
Select rows on the current page, or apply filters to clean all matching requests (maximum 200 per batch).
Archived requests can be restored by System Admin while the affected month remains open.
Monthly PearlsNet work records for reference and review; DWR can fill a missing attendance boundary when the fallback rule applies, but never overwrites an existing fingerprint punch.
Select an employee and month to review their stored DWR history.
Confirm review completion and freeze the month with an immutable policy snapshot.
Inspect payroll-ready attendance, leave, Extra Hour and Overtime inputs before export.
Readiness, request mix, DWR coverage and Extra Hour/Overtime totals for the selected month.

Chronological, read-only evidence of governed changes and administrative actions.
Create effective-dated work schedules and assign them without rewriting historical attendance.
Governed attendance and overtime policy controls with historical safeguards.
Pause access for everyone else during maintenance. Your account stays available to restore it.
Choose one module, then control exactly who can use it.
Manage annual entitlement, quarterly releases and manual balance adjustments with a visible ledger.
Check the address or return to your dashboard.
Add the employee details and assign a manager.
Upload a CSV, review every row, then start the journeys as one hiring wave.
Review the request details before confirming.
